The Phoenix Garden Community Building is located in the heart of London’s Soho, just metres away from Covent Garden and Leicester Square. This landmark project is the first purpose-built new-build community centre in central London in generations and is directly connected to the renowned Phoenix Garden.

Inspired by the concept of ‘garden walls’ as a metaphor for enclosure, secrecy, and boundaries, the design blends harmoniously with the surrounding environment. With robust brickwork detailing and a strong emphasis on sustainability, the building incorporates super-insulating materials, air-source heat pumps, water-harvesting systems, and green roofs. These features not only reduce the environmental impact but also enhance biodiversity in the urban setting.
