This project forms part of a wider competition-winning entry for the regeneration of the Custom House area in London. Commissioned by the London Borough of Newham, the project is a collaboration with Adam Khan Architects, East Architecture, and Haworth Tompkins Architects. Our specific contribution focuses on the design of a new-build housing development comprising 27 units.

Thoughtful Living Spaces
The housing development prioritises generous amenity and communal areas to foster a sense of community among residents. Designed with care, the materials selected reflect the context and character of the local area, ensuring the development integrates seamlessly into its surroundings. The result is a living space that balances functionality, sustainability, and a strong connection to its urban environment.
